I’m a lash and brow master from Toronto, Canada. I started doing lashes & brows in 2011 and established WAX&LASH Beauty that same year. You can say that I’m obsessed with everything lashes and brows and have dedicated my life to my craft. Over the years, I have cultivated my signature polished lash and brow aesthetic that has garnered me a cult like following with 10K services under my belt.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required at the time of booking regardless of the booking method (ex. online, email, phone to in person, this is standard for salons). You will be able to cancel your appointment up to 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment date. If you cancel your appointment after this 5 day window you will be charged 100% of the service price, however, you will have 30 days to use this credit on any service. This credit is not applicable to retail items, same day cancellations or those who do not show up for their appointment without previously stating otherwise.
REFUND POLICY
I do not offer refunds or complimentary services on any service. I am not responsible for work once it leaves my space, if an issue arises it must be addressed at the time of the appointment. All packages are final sale, non-transferrable and expire 1 yrs from the purchase date, it is up to the client to keep track of the purchase date as there are no exceptions. All clients are held to this rule. In addition, pricing updates are incorporated into packages.

JJ is punctual, accommodating, professional, super-chilled, and she takes her craft seriously. Her salon is always clean, full of light and always has a mixture of cool tunes playing in the background. She makes you feel at ease and very easy to chat with. As much JJ is super sweet she’s also realistic and tells you in the most tactful manner what’s doable and what’s not; she takes amazing care of her clients.
