The proprietary information within courses online or in person and all course material is protected under copyright law. It is licensed solely to the person who registered and attended any purchased online or in-person course. Please do not share any course content with with anyone else and do not make copies or distribute any course or video content or the information therein. We have installed security precautions within all online video and course manuals to easily track this type of behaviour, those who disregard this warning will face legal action. Change to the terms and conditions can happen at any time and we do not need to notify you of these changes.

IMAGES
All images that are displaced on WAX&LASH Beauty website, in online course videos or online manuals are original images and are not for repurposing as any other businesses content. Those who disregard this warning will face legal action.

REFUND POLICY
I do not offer refunds or complimentary services on any service done by myself.  I am not responsible for work once it leaves my space, if an issue arises it must be addressed at the time of the appointment.

I am a wealth of information and am always here to help but I am NOT responsible for any product purchased outside WAX&LASH and it’s interaction with any service I provide.  It is the due diligence of clients to read labels, check ingredients and have a general mindfulness of aftercare for all services.  This website is full of disclaimers but outside of these disclaimers variables take place that are the clients responsibility.

Do Not: Use products after the expire date as they may interact adversely to your services and is generally unsafe.  

PACKAGES & PROMOTIONS
We do not offerer refunds on packages and promotions. All packages and promotions purchased are valid for a one year period. This time period begins on the day that the package or promotion was purchased. No exceptions. At the end of the one years period if any service has been unused it will be void after the end of the one year end date. If you have a package and you are a no show for your appointment, please note that this service will be deducted from your package. There is no refund on packages, no show appointments will be deducted from remaining package, no exceptions - Rudeness will result in the termination of existing package and no refund for will be given for remaining sessions.

GIFT CARDS
WAX & LASH Beauty gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds for any retail or professional use product purchased in store or online for hygiene reasons.

EDUCATION
We do not offer refunds on online or in person courses. The moment you purchase the online course it is non-refundable. You are not employed by WAX&LASH Beauty, you have simply purchased a course. You are not insured by us and we are not responsible for anything that takes place in your salon, studio or at home operation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required at the time of booking regardless of the booking method (ex. online, email, phone to in person, this is standard for salons).  You will be able to cancel your appointment up to 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment date, if it exceeds this you will be charged the full service price.

Please note, that I am flexible in this window as life happens but you will be allowed only 1 reschedule or 1 cancelation during this window. If you cancel your appointment after this 5 day window you will be charged 100% of the service price.
